What are your health goals for 2011? 

We have now entered this new year of 2011. What are your health goals? Have they changed or are still working on the same goals as last year? What will you do differently? If you plan to do things differently. How so? 

However, if you have achieved your goals. What are your new health goals? I think it's good to take every day. Start with a goal and not to move to achieve that goal. Thus not be confused and frustrated. Perhaps you would like to compare the objectives with friends or family, and if they have some of the health goals that you that you can link and work on their goals together. 

Here are some goals you may want to set for itself: 

1. Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet. 

2. Cook at home more made meals. 

3. Start reading labels before buying anything. 

4. Drink more water. Need help trying to "water point" 

5. Exercise at least three times a week. 

6. Discover what you like to exercise? 

7. Search exercise partner or partners. 

8. Expand your knowledge of natural health by reading a book on natural health at least once a month. 

9. Help your colon is kept clean. 

10. Think and be positive. 

11. Be thankful. 

12. Stop complaining.

14. You have to share the knowledge with others. 

15. Try something healthy that would not normally eat. 

16. Smile more often. 

17. Do not worry and relax. 

18. Make known the love. 

19. No gossip. 

20. Be honest, but very good. 

21. No deliberately offend others. 

22. Be respectful of each other's feelings. 

23. Treat people the way they want to be treated. 

24. Do not put a price on your health. 

25. Stop or limit your intake of processed foods. 

26. Try new recipes. 

27. Stop being a drama king or queen. 

28. Be encouraging. 

29. Motivate yourself and others to do positive things. 

30. Work on improving yourself.
